Right of withdrawal & cancellation

1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer and have requested a service online or remotely (for example via the website, email, or WhatsApp), you generally have the right to withdraw (terminate) the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Services that start immediately

In many cases, IT assistance is carried out immediately or at short notice, such as investigations, diagnostics, emergency services, or on-site support.

If you explicitly request that work starts within the withdrawal period, you agree that:

  • if you withdraw after work has started, a reasonable fee is due for the work already performed;
  • the right of withdrawal may lapse if the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period.

3. Diagnostic costs and withdrawal

If the investigation or diagnostics have already started or been completed, the diagnostic costs remain payable, even if you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal.

4. How can you withdraw?

You can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a clear statement, for example by email. Please include your name, date, and—if applicable— the device and/or the appointment.

5. Cancelling or rescheduling appointments

  • Unable to attend at the agreed time? Please inform us as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations are free of charge as long as they are made in time.
  • In case of very late cancellation or no-show, ITForce Service may charge incurred costs.

6. Possible costs in case of cancellation

In some situations, costs may arise, for example when:

  • travel has already taken place for on-site service (call-out charges);
  • investigation or diagnostics have already started or been completed;
  • parts have been ordered that can no longer be cancelled or returned.

Any applicable costs will always be communicated as clearly as possible in advance.

7. Business customers

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
