Step by step
Below you can see the complete process, so you know exactly what to expect.
Intake
You fill in the intake form or get in touch. The clearer you describe the issue, the faster I can help you.
Choose a service
You choose what suits you best: pick-up & return (€10) or on-site service. Hardware repairs are always taken in due to tools and testing requirements.
Investigation
First, the issue is carefully investigated so it becomes clear what is going on and which solution best fits your situation.
Price indication
You receive a clear explanation and a price indication.
Approval & parts
If parts need to be ordered for the repair, a deposit is requested in advance. After the deposit is received, the parts are ordered and the repair is scheduled. This only happens with your approval.
Repair / solution
I carry out the repair or provide targeted advice. Where possible, I test immediately whether everything works again, so you can move forward with confidence.
Delivery
You receive your device back (or I complete the work on-site) with a short explanation. Questions afterwards? You can always send a message or call.
Payment & completion
After the service is completed, payment takes place immediately. You will always receive a receipt and an invoice by email. Would you prefer to receive the invoice by post? In that case, it will be sent on the next working day.
