At ITForce Service, I want to create a place where everyone feels welcome — not only for technical help, but also because you are truly heard. Technology evolves quickly and can sometimes be frustrating. My mission is to make IT understandable and reassuring: clear explanations, honest service, and support that truly fits your situation. You never have to struggle with an IT problem on your own.

My vision

My vision is to grow ITForce Service into a trusted local IT partner. A place where you can ask questions without embarrassment — big or small — and where technology becomes clear, human, and approachable again.

I want to be known as someone you can rely on: someone who thinks along with you, solves problems, and helps in an accessible way via WhatsApp, phone, or by appointment. A service that goes beyond technology — with attention, calmness, and transparency.

Who I am

My name is Sandjay Jethoe, founder of ITForce Service. I work independently and combine my business with the final phase of my HBO ICT – Cyber Security studies. IT is not just work for me, but a passion that has been present from a young age.

Over the past years, I have gained experience in various IT environments, including MOC Systems, Levix Computershop, Student aan Huis, and the PowerService department of MediaMarkt. In all these roles, one thing was always central for me: helping people when technology gets in their way.

What gives me the most satisfaction is the moment when someone experiences peace of mind again. When a problem is solved, everything is clearly explained, and someone can move forward with a better feeling. Not every issue has one perfect solution, but I believe that by looking at it together and communicating honestly, you can always make the best choice.

During my studies, I increasingly realized how important knowledge transfer is within IT. Much frustration arises because people do not understand what is happening. That is why I always take the time to calmly explain what the problem is, what I am doing, and why. No complicated terms, but clear explanations in plain language.

Because I combine my business with my studies, I work with fixed opening hours. This structure ensures that I can prepare every appointment well and carry it out with full attention. Within these opening hours, I am flexible and always try to think along where possible. During holiday periods, my opening hours may vary.

I deliberately work in a calm and careful manner. I prefer to take a bit more time so everything is done properly and you know exactly what to expect. My customers include both private and business clients — I am not limited to a specific target group. Anyone who gets stuck with IT is welcome.

I help with all kinds of IT issues, big or small. Whether it’s a slow laptop, a recurring error message, or advice on a new purchase — together we look for a solution that fits your situation.

The service can take place on-site or via pick-up & return, depending on the issue and what is most convenient for you. For hardware repairs, the device is usually taken in so I can test it properly and work safely.

It is also possible to purchase products through me upon request. Think of computers, laptops, peripherals, monitors, and other accessories. I look at your needs together with you and give honest advice, so you avoid unnecessary or incorrect purchases. If desired, I also provide installation and correct configuration, so everything is ready for use immediately.
