We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by law. In practice, we apply the following guidelines:

• Intake and contact requests: as long as needed to handle your request, and thereafter a maximum of 12 months (unless there is an ongoing customer relationship).
• Administration & invoices: in accordance with statutory retention periods (e.g. tax regulations).

We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and unwanted disclosure of personal data. This includes secured accounts, limited access, and careful handling of information.
