- fill in an appointment or intake form
- make use of our services
This may include, among other things:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Information about your device (brand, model, problem description)
- Appointment details (date/time, preference for on-site service or pick-up & return)
3. What do we use this data for?
We use your data exclusively for:
- contacting you in response to your request
- planning and carrying out appointments
- providing our services
- administrative obligations (e.g. invoicing)
4. Legal basis (GDPR) – why are we allowed to process this data?
We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract – to handle your request and provide the service.
- Legal obligation – such as administrative and invoicing requirements.
- Legitimate interest – such as communication about your request and improving our services.
- Consent – only when required (e.g. specific choices in forms). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. With whom do we share data?
We do not sell your data. We only share data when this is necessary for the execution of our services or to comply with a legal obligation.
We may use suppliers (“processors”) for services such as web hosting, email, or forms. These parties may only process your data on behalf of ITForce Service and for the same purpose.
6. Forms and communication
When you fill in an intake or contact form (for example via Forminator), we use this data to contact you and process your request. We only contact you in response to your request.
7. How long do we store data?
We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by law. In practice, we apply the following guidelines:
- Intake and contact requests: as long as needed to handle your request, and thereafter a maximum of 12 months (unless there is an ongoing customer relationship).
- Administration & invoices: in accordance with statutory retention periods (e.g. tax regulations).
8. Data security
We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and unwanted disclosure of personal data. This includes secured accounts, limited access, and careful handling of information.

Our website uses cookies to ensure proper functioning and to gain insight into usage.

We do not use tracking cookies for marketing purposes without your consent.
